Join EcoWomen Leadership

Become a Board of Directors or Junior Board member and help shape the next phase of EcoWomen’s national growth.

EcoWomen’s mission is to inspire and empower women to become leaders in the professional world. As a growing national non-profit, we are focused on expanding our national presence, strengthening our leadership structure, and continuing to build a community that creates real opportunities for women to connect, and lead. If you are someone who wants to help us carry that vision forward, lean into your strengths, and be part of building something meaningful over the next 20 years, this is the place for you.

EcoWomen is structured to create impact for all board members. Our Board of Directors and Junior Board Members work together in a way that supports both execution and leadership development. There is a natural collaboration across roles, where individuals contribute based on their strengths while also learning from one another. This creates an environment where work gets done, ideas move forward, and people grow in the process. Across both groups, we are looking for people who are proactive, collaborative, and ready to contribute to fill our open roles.
