Maddy is a rising force in clean energy.
As Development Manager at Ozone Renewables, she leads early-stage development of utility-scale and community solar projects, as well as battery energy storage systems. Since 2020, Maddy has originated and advanced over 2 gigawatts of greenfield renewable energy projects across the eastern United States. Her role spans every aspect of early project development—from identifying sites and engaging landowners to negotiating leases and conducting due diligence.
What sets Maddy apart is her people-centered approach to development. Drawing from her early career in executive recruiting, she excels at building strong relationships with stakeholders and navigating the complexities of energy development with persistence and professionalism. She holds a B.S. in Human Relations Administration from the University of Delaware, with a minor in Organizational and Community Leadership.
